This two-day bootcamp focused on empowering students and young professionals with essential 21st-century skills. Sessions included communication mastery, teamwork challenges, public speaking, problem-solving games, and leadership development workshops.
Industry mentors guided participants in setting personal goals and developing confidence for future careers.
FET plans to expand the bootcamp to district levels, giving more youth the opportunity to grow and lead.
